Hello there, today we are going to talk about adjectives…..

What is an adjective?
R= the simplest definition of an adjective is that it is a word that describes or clarifies a noun. Adjectives describe nouns by giving some information about an object’s size, shape, age, color, origin or material.
·         It’s a big table. (size)
·         It’s a round table. (shape)
·         It’s an old table. (age)
·         It’s a brown table. (color)
·         It’s an English table. (origin)
·         It’s a wooden table. (material)
·         It’s a lovely table. (opinion)
·         It’s a broken table. (observation)
·         It’s a coffee table. (purpose)

Hi Friends! Let me introduce my sister. Her name is Jennifer and she is 23 years old. She is absolutely beautiful! The boys are very fond of her! She has got long black hair, blue eyes and a pretty little nose. Her eyelashes are extremely long. She’s got very nice white teeth. She’s about 176 cm tall and she weighs 56 kg. She’s slim and she has got long legs, but her feet are quite small. She goes to university where she studies economics. Jennifer is very clever that’s why she gets a lot of money from various scholarships. I can’t mention any negative features about her. She’s very kind, she pays attention to her friends (she has many!). She’s usually cheerful and likes jokes a lot. My sister is very helpful. She helps me with my homework and always helps my parents around the house. In her free time she works as a model for a big and famous company. She often goes jogging to keep herself fit and healthy. My parents are very proud of her.



Activity 4: 
Read the text again and find at least 5 adjectives, put it in the comments and try do not repeat the adjectives of your partners.

Activity 5:
Copy one image of a person and paste it in the comments with a brief description of 5 sentences using adjectives.

L 19:Superlatives

Lesson 19:  Superlatives We almost done but before we continue, you have to check this. Superlative adjectives are used to describe an object which is at the upper or lower limit of a quality ( the tallest, the smallest, the fastest, the highest ). They are used in sentences where a subject is compared to a group of objects. Noun (subject) + verb + the + superlative adjective + noun (object). The group that is being compared with can be omitted if it is clear from the context. Activity 8 A8.-IWrite 5 sentences usign superlatives, this activity is free, you can compare whatever you want. Lesson 11:Modals Today we are going to talk about can & have to, What are those ? Modals Permission, Prohibition, Obligation, No obligation To express  permission ,  prohibition ,  obligation  and no  obligation  we usually use modal verbs. Permission Can  is often used to ask for and give permission. Can I sit here? You can use my car if you like. Can I make a suggestion? We can also use  may  and  could  to ask for and give permission but  can  is used more often. Prohibition Both  can’t  and  mustn’t  are used to show that something is prohibited – it is not allowed. You can’t park here, sir. You can wear jeans but you can’t wear trainers in that bar. You mustn’t speak when the teacher is speaking. Can’t  tells us that something is against the rules.  Mustn’t  is usually used when the obligation comes from the person who is speaking.
